Teaching
Examples of what happens in my art classrooms. I believe that teaching the artistic process is just as important as the principles and techniques of art education. My lessons are often developed over multiple classes in order to enrich the idea of process as opposed to one off products. Students will understand why they are doing what they are doing and what their goals are in each lesson. I act as a facilitator in the creative process, giving my students the skills and knowledge to make their own choices and thus develop their own artistic practice.
