CBC Radio Autism Awareness and Acceptance Month Interviews
CBC graciously invited me back on as a guest, this time to three programs, to discuss my journey towards diagnosis as an adult, a little bit about PDA, my work, and why I think sharing my experience is important. The interviews follow a similar trajectory with the first being the longest. Check the links to listen and watch. Please note I incidentally wore the same sweater I wore last time I was interviewed. What can I say? Autistic people may choose the clothes they are wearing for security purposes. This sweater makes me feel less nervous. I’m also sharing the interview from the following day with the Psychologist who diagnosed me and my daughter as I think it’s a great interview that underscores what I said.
